How do I register my child for a program?
All programs are free, Registration is completed online through our website. Simply select the desired program, complete the required information, and use "Check Out" to secure your spot.
Does my child need experience?
No, we welcome players of all levels of experience and they will learn the game from experienced coaches and staff.
How often do you practice?
Practice is detemined by coach and facility availability with each sports program and each center. Contact your local Recreation Center to get on the schedule
What is included in the registration fee?
Registration fees are not applicable within the Recreation Division, we provide these services at no cost to our tribal members and community members. The Recreation Division will never ask you for credit card information or otherwise over the phone. If this does happen, please ignore/delete message, block caller and report to Division Staff.
How can I contact the organization with questions?
You can contact us through the email address or contact form listed on our website. Our team will respond as quickly as possible during regular business hours.
What equipment is required?
The Recreation Division will supply equipment to practice with and for game day. If you chose to bring your own equipment, the Recreation Division is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Required equipment varies by sport and program. Please check out our equipment rental sheet for barrowing equipment from the Recreation Division.
Are volunteers or coaches needed?
Our programs rely on volunteer coaches and helpers. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can indicate your interest during registration or contact us directly.
How will I receive updates and announcements?
All updates are sent via email and posted on the website. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you don’t miss important communications.
Are games played on holidays?
Holiday schedules vary by program. Any planned games or breaks will be communicated in advance.
How are coaches trained or screened?
We are partnering with Positive Coaching Alliance for community driven Coaches Training.
Coaches may be required to complete background checks and training based on organization policies and sport requirements.
What is the organization's code of conduct?
All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone. Check out our downloads for the Code of Conduct.
